  • Error Correction: Select the level of error correction for better scanning

4. Preview and Generate

Preview your QR code to ensure it looks correct and is scannable, then click "Generate" to create it.

5. Insert Into Email

Click "Insert" to add the QR code to your email. You can position it alongside buttons or anywhere in your message.

6. Test Before Sending

Always test your QR code with your phone before sending the email. Make sure it scans properly and leads to the correct destination.

Best Practices for QR Codes

  • Keep It Simple: QR codes work best with clear, simple URLs
  • Test Scanning: Always test the QR code with multiple devices before sending
  • Add Context: Include text near the QR code explaining what it links to
  • Combine with Buttons: Use QR codes alongside clickable buttons for maximum reach
  • Size Matters: Make sure the QR code is large enough to scan easily (at least 2x2 cm when printed)

Use Cases for QR Codes

QR codes in emails are perfect for:

  • Event Invitations: Link to calendar invites or registration pages
  • Product Launches: Quick access to product information or purchase pages
  • Restaurant Menus: Link to digital menus or ordering systems
  • Digital Business Cards: Share contact information instantly
  • App Downloads: Direct links to app store pages
